Dr. Robert F. Casper, MD is the Camille Dan Family Research Chair in Translational Cell Biology and professor of medicine, with cross appointments in the Departments of Physiology, The Institute of Medical Sciences, and the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto.

He is also Senior Investigator at the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto. He founded Insception Biosciences Inc., and serves as its Medical Director. He is also a founder of the Toronto Cord Blood Program.

Dr. Jonathan Spilkin, OD is an optometrist and entrepreneur. He is a partner in the University Eye Clinic in Toronto. Dr Spilkin is also founder and director of Optego Vision Inc., a company supplying optometrists and universities throughout the world with both diagnostic and therapeutic vision therapy products. He is a consultant to large contact lens companies, and is a member of the Ontario College of Optometrists and the Ontario Association of Optometrists.

Mr. Les Dakens is a principal in Pineridge Consulting Inc., where he provides advice on HR/LR, leadership development, corporate governance, corporate culture change, labor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

He has held senior executive HR positions at the Canadian National Railway, Heinz North America, Cadbury and Schweppes. Les is a co-author of "Switchpoints", a recently published book on culture change to fast track business success at CN.
